There’s nothing better than a gift that feels perfectly tailored to what you love, and my Valentine’s Day surprise from Bath & Body Works was exactly that. If you’re into sweet, gourmand scents like I am—think chocolate, caramel, vanilla, and cozy café vibes—this haul is everything.
Let’s get into each of these gems because I have thoughts.
1) Covered In Roses Body Butter
I have to start by saying the body butters from Bath & Body Works are unmatched for me. They deeply moisturize while leaving your skin smelling incredible all day long.
Now, I’m not usually a rose or floral person at all—but Covered In Roses completely changed my mind. It’s not that powdery, “old-school” rose scent. Instead, it’s fresh, soft, and unexpectedly modern. The biggest surprise? It instantly took me back to my time in Egypt and a soap I loved there called Lux. That nostalgic connection alone made this a must-have for me.
2) Champagne Toast
This one is a forever favorite. I was first introduced to it through a candle my sister gave me, and I’ve been hooked ever since. It’s sweet, bright, and just makes you feel good. I always pick this up when I’m in-store because it’s reliable and always available. Layering it in body care form makes the scent last beautifully throughout the day.
3) Vanilla Café Body Sprays (yes… 8 of them!)
I know, I know—eight might sound excessive, but if you smelled this, you’d understand. This scent is pure addiction. It’s a dreamy blend of coffee and vanilla that instantly reminded me of a Tim Hortons French Vanilla. It’s warm, sweet, and comforting in the best way. I genuinely can’t get enough of it.
4) Toasted Pistachio Mini Body Spray
This one was an unexpected find while we were in line—and wow, what a discovery. It’s sweet, nutty, and slightly toasted, giving it that rich gourmand depth I love. I was a little disappointed it only came in a smaller size, but that didn’t stop me from grabbing as many as I could. Love at first smell.
5) Covered In Roses Mini Spray
Of course, I had to grab the matching body spray to go with the body butter. Layering scents is key if you want that long-lasting fragrance, and this combo works beautifully.
6) Pistachio Milk & Honey 3-Wick Candle
This candle is everything. It carries that same delicious pistachio vibe as the Toasted Pistachio spray but adds a creamy, cozy twist. It’s rich, warm, and honestly just mouthwatering. I only wish this scent came in everything—body butter, full-size sprays, perfume—you name it, I’d buy it.
We left the store with a huge (and very heavy!) bag, and my husband handled all the heavy lifting like a champ—he really outdid himself with this one.
