I was genuinely excited to receive this wallet from DHGate, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a major disappointment. Right out of the package, the issues were obvious. The material felt like a very stiff, low-quality canvas rather than something durable or premium. The front snap was installed crooked, which immediately made the wallet look poorly constructed.
The biggest problem, though, was the zipper. It arrived already open, and when I tried to close it, it took effort—but once it was shut, that was it. It completely jammed and wouldn’t open again. On closer inspection, the seams at the ends of the zipper were fraying and not properly secured, which likely caused the failure. The overall craftsmanship just wasn’t there.
I keep my reviews honest about everything I share, especially items linked in my Shop My Posts, and this is one I cannot recommend. I did file a dispute through DHGate, hoping for at least a partial refund, but surprisingly, the decision favored the seller. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any refund at all, and the wallet ultimately ended up in the trash.
Not everything comes perfect—but this one really missed the mark.
