“Walmart Bag Fail Review: Cheap Plastic Quality & Total Disappointment”

Not all finds are good finds—and these bags are definitely not worth your time or money.

I came across them on the Walmart website, and honestly, the photos looked almost too good to be true… which should have been my first clue. Still, I went ahead and ordered them, hoping they’d live up to the images.

The moment I opened the package, I knew I had made a mistake.

The quality of them and the overall look was incredibly disappointing—almost shocking. The red color was completely off and looked cheap in person. The material felt like hard plastic, both on the outside and especially on the inside, which made the bags feel stiff and low-quality.

The crossbody straps were another major issue. They were designed with a woven/plastic look, but the execution was poor, with noticeable skips and inconsistencies throughout the strap. It looked unfinished and poorly made.

Honestly, it left me wondering how something like this made it to market in the first place.

This was an immediate no for me. I returned the bags to Walmart as quickly as I had ordered them.

At the end of the day, not every purchase is going to be a win—and this was definitely a miss. A total flop and not something I would recommend.
